Steve Thomas, principal of Thomas Properties has developed over two million square feet of commercial, office, industrial, R&D, Biotech and residential projects over the past 25 years. In addition, he and his company are committed to working only with team members who are dedicated to perform beyond expectation in all aspects of project development.

On each project, Thomas Properties manages the entire development process, bringing together a team of experts in each field who will work as if it were their investment in the project.
